SIA "Priežavoti" is a family company founded on October 13, 1999.

We operate in industries such as lumber production for the local market and export with a wide assortment of conifers, lumber trade, where by developing production processes and evaluating the high demand for lumber in the Latvian market, from 2018 our products are available at competitive prices in larger and smaller quantities in the retail store "Siguldas Kokmateriāli ", as well as since 2003 we have been operating and have gained a lot of experience in the construction of private houses, developing the New private house village project in Mārupe and since 2006 the developed New project private house village "Priežavoti" near Salaspils with 270 building plots in a quiet, sunlight-drenched forest area in Bajāri , in Salaspils parish.

Since 1999, it has been producing and exporting a wide range of softwood lumber for the local market - green, dried and planed, as well as packing boards, chips and shavings.

Village "Priežavoti"

In 2003, we started working in construction and initiated the development of a new private housing village project in Mārupe.

From 2006 onwards, we began the development of the 'PRIEŽAVOTI' private housing village near Salaspils. Situated in a serene, sunlit wooded area in Bajāri, Salaspils parish, this project encompasses 270 building plots. The first phase of construction, comprising 14 houses, has been completed. Starting in 2021, we embarked on the construction and development of the second phase of the village, offering new house projects with available building land for sale.
