Priežavoti is a recently built village of private houses located in the Salaspils Municipality, Bajāri. Currently, we have finished several projects in both Mārupe and Salaspils. Ten house projects have been completed in Mārupe, while already 14 projects have been completed in Salaspils. Currently, we are actively working on the development of the second stage of the village by designing 4 new houses more, which are planned to be put up for sale already in the end of 2021.
We offer to buy plots in the second stage of the village. The plots have all the necessary utilities – centralized water supply and sewerage, gas and electricity. The available plots have an area starting from 1,200 m2. The location of plots for sale is well-selected. They are surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept meadow, forests and a scenic pond. In the vicinity, there are various tourist attractions – the National Botanical Garden, Salaspils Promenade, the Blue Mountains of Ogre, 333 track and many others. Within a 20-minute drive from the village, there are such shopping and entertainment centres as Akropole, Alfa, Ikea.
