SALASPILS VILLAGE "PRIEŽAVOTI"
In 2003, we started development in the construction industry and developed a new private house village project in Mārupe.
From 2006, the development of the New Project private house village "Priežavoti" near Salaspils with 270 building plots in a quiet, sunlight-drenched wooded area in Bajāri, Salaspils parish began. The first round of construction with 14 houses has been completed.
Starting from 2021, we will start the construction and development of the second phase of the village, new house projects with building land will be available for sale.
"PRIEŽAVOTI" is a village consisting of 18 newly built private houses set in a beautiful and well-kept meadow, forest, and scenic pond. It is located in the Salaspils district, Bajāri, only 0.7 km from the Riga ring road and 15 km from Riga.
We are currently actively working on the development of the second phase of the village, where we offer land plots starting from 1200m2 with all necessary amenities, including central water, sewerage, gas, and electricity.
